1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Cost

Every Auraeleg™ order goes through processing, inspection, and packaging before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing may require additional time.

🚚 Shipping Fee

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 USD

  • Shipping pricing applies regardless of destination unless otherwise stated during checkout.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, local carriers, customs processing, and seasonal shipping volume.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed shipping dates.


3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please Keep In Mind:

  • Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days before becoming visible

  • Shipping scans can occasionally update while the package is already in transit

  • Delays between tracking updates may occur during peak shipping periods


4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may occasionally be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on local regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges required by their country

  • Auraeleg™ is not responsible for customs delays after the package leaves our fulfillment center

  • Import fees vary by region and are determined by local customs authorities

Most small pet accessories and household pet items typically clear customs without issues, though policies differ between countries.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed in order to prepare shipments efficiently.

Need to Update Your Order?

If you need to:

  • Change your shipping address

  • Correct order details

  • Cancel your order

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
