Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Important Notice

Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your package arrives:

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct product exchanges.

The quickest solution is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the preferred replacement item

6. European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Customers located within the European Union may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the order.

To qualify:

  • Products must remain unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This EU consumer right applies independently from our standard return policy where legally applicable.


7. Refund Process

After your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If Approved:
